When is BLT opening?

What is the opening date for BLT? I know people have been making reservations, but I don't see anything on the Member Site indicating when it is opening.

Has anyone heard if they are doing any special events as part of the grand opening of BLT on the 4th? I recall when SSR opened, there were several days of different events?

Does anyone know if this will be completely finished or where there be some areas not yet completed in August?

I believe the entire tower will be open. They have only declared about 50% of the units in to the condo association. Only those can be reserved on points. The remaining inventory is owned by the developer (DVD) and they are free to rent those for cash thru CRO.

I can't believe it is that close when it has been so far away for so long! We became members in early November of last year, so we have literally been waiting for our home resort to open the entire time we have been members. We are booked in a LV studio 9/11-9/15. I can't wait to starting reading trip reports!

Pool should be open when the resort opens.

At preview event last week they said the entire resort is ready to go - pool and all

Reports are that they will be doing the practice run (letting CMs stay there) in the next week or two. I hope the CMs will be posting pictures, like we saw a week or two before Kidani opened in May?
