I had read somewhere that WDW is being inundated with calls for cancellations, re-bookings, etc due to the storm(s).
I am booked and just want to call to (hopefully) get a discount code applied for a November trip.
I certainly don't want to cause any further call-volume increase to a probably over-worked and stressed out Disney staff. What would be an appropriate wait time after Frances before I try to make the call?
