When is bats day (goth day) in 2013?

I see a number of sites saying that the week of bats day is moving next year. I tried the search function on this site to no success. Can anyone tell me when the event will be next year?

They are still about a month away from 2012 Bat Days so they may not have planned 2013.

it is May 20th this year. I would expect the first 2 weeks of May next year.
