I called this morning and this afternoon. Both times said over a 90 minute wait.
Has anyone called later and had less of a wait time?

The other day it gave me an option for them to call me back. I entered my telephone number in the que and they called me back 3 hours later. It was great!
This is what I did after finding out that getting a callback was an option- because the call back option isn't given every time you call. As the OP mentioned, the waits are terrible- and it seems if the projected time is under two hours they keep you on hold. Again- this is just from experience- I have no hard data to prove it. So, what I decided to do was wait until 8 AM EST on a weekend because I figured it would be crazy busy, and did this two weekends in a row on separate issues- and got the callback option. Can't emphasize this enough, though- YMMV.

Much better with the call-back option. It's still a bit of a distraction from the ridiculously long waits right now, but at least it doesn't force me to stay on hold for 3 hours. It's sorta like a fast pass for their phone lines.....!

I’ve just left it on hold and cleaned. Showered. Cooked. Do you and wait while your doing stuff

I guess I need to do that. I hung up when they said more then a 90 minute wait.

My dad said he called the other week at 10:50pm EST and got practically straight through (he had hung up the previous two tries with the long wait time predictions).

When I called last week, I was told there was an over 60 minute wait time. So I took the option of a callback, and they did not call back. So I called yesterday, waited 45 minutes, spoke with a cast member who transferred my call, and then waited two more hours before being disconnected. The frustration of the wait was bad enough, but the continuous ads playing for only past events is disconcerting. For example, the recorded information loop was about the After Hours Boo Bash and the Epcot Food and Wine Festival; both events are in the past. I felt like I was in a time warp, not a magical one.

I've had the best luck calling first thing in the morning. I've waited less than 20 minutes the first time and about 45 the second time

Well, I called Saturday and sunday and both days said 167 minute wait. Sunday I did a call back and they called in about 90 minutes BUT needed to transfer me and that was going to be 2 hours On hold. I called yesterday morning at 7:00 on the dot, and waited about 40 minutes with the call being about an hour total. I guess it depends what you’re trying to do and what line you need LOL. I agree with the above poster who said that adding to the misery are all the ads for past events.

Whenever you have an hour or ten to spare. Seriously though, when I needed to speak to someone I would call as early as possible when I could leave the phone on hold and do other things in the meantime. I just needed to stay close enough so I didn't miss when I finally got picked up.

First thing in the morning when their phone lines open (literally, calling at the exact minute they open), or an hour before they shut them down.

Anywhere inbetween, and you're doomed for a long queue.

Same here. I called one night at around 10:50, which is just ten minutes before they stop taking calls. I only had to listen to the robot lady briefly, and then I was put straight through to a CM with no time on hold at all.

I called on Thanksgiving day. Didn't have to wait at all. Did tell the cast member that I was sorry for her that she had to work, but happy she was available. She was so nice I actually stayed on afterwards to do the survey for her.
