When is 2014 Member Cruise on the Dream?

Saw a rumor that Aug. 24, 2014 will be the DVC Member Cruise on the Dream. How far ahead do they announce those? Is the DVC MC the same cost in cash as the regular 4-day dream? Can it be booked on-board another cruise if it's available (for the 10% discount)? They fill up really fast, don't they? Or is the 2014 one already schedules for another date and sold out?

The Member Cruise is more expensive than a regular 4-night DCL cruise. You can only book thru DVC.
