when in April of 2006 should we go?

We want to go in April of 2006 so I am getting close to making my reservations at SS in my 11 month window. I have an unofficial guide book which list the crowd #'s and it says that the end of April 2005 is the best time to go. Does anyone know if that would hold true for 2006? Is anything going on then or could I find that out? We wanted to go in the beginning of April but were afraid the the "spring breakers". Does anyone know when spring break season is next year? Thanks so much!

We are also (husband and I and 2 sons) were also looking into going in april. unfortunatly im one of those northeastern springbreakers that is a teacher and can only go during vacation week. Easter is April 16 next year so we many not go now because that is the week we would go and it would be EXTREMELY crowded. ive been there before during that week and they actually wouldn not let anyone else in the magic kingdom b/c its crowds were too high. we are now looking at the last week of June 2006. I heard may is also a great time to go. good luck.

Just got back yesterday & kept hearing from cast members that the week before, and after Easter were EXTREMELY crowded. I suggest going two weeks after Eater, whenever it falls in 2006. Do not go the week leading up to, or following. Many CM's said that the parks were just a sea of people and closing to new incoming guests mid day because of reaching capacity. Our week (April 8th through the 16th) was wonderful. Low crowds, easy lines & lots of available fastpasses.

We plan on going at the end of April 2006 to see the Flower and Garden Show. We were there around the same time on our honeymoon in 1998, (that year we were there the second week after Easter) and it was not very crowded at all. The Flower show is great too. Epcot looks so pretty
