The parks have changed a lot since I was a little girl! So for all of your kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews, friend's kids, etc. Name a change that's happened since you were a kid visiting the world? I'll start!


...When I was your age, Port Orleans Riverside was it's own resort and was called Dixie Landings!
 
..... When I was your age Disney Hollywood Studios was named Disney-MGM Studios.
 
I had the chance to go in 1977 to the Magic Kingdom for just one day with my family. So . . . when I was your age:

1) 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea was there (I miss it :worried:);
2) the Magic Kingdom sold these great fruit drinks in plastic fruit shaped containers on ice from carts (I got the grape);
3) I think they also sold frozen chocolate dipped bananas. I didn't like the bananas so much. Not a loss that they ditched the bananas IMHO :upsidedow ; and
4) it was a really, really cold January day. So cold that Mom bought my brother & I Mickey Mouse toques/wool caps! They made great souvenirs. ps it still gets really, really cold at MK on some days in January. Some things never change!
 
I've got another one... when I was your age there were two water parks and one of them wasn't Blizzard Beach! They were Typhoon Lagoon and River Country!
