I have been studying the menu - it's all very delicious!!
I thought as Jessica provided such a superb drinks menu, I should contribute something - so here are a few delights for anyone who is like me and has a permanent sweet tooth:-
You make all the all in the usual way just add in the extra ingredients:-
Grandmother's Ginger-Jam Bread&Butter Pudding
Ingredients: butter, sultanas, dark rum, brown bread,
ginger conserve, eggs, caster sugar, double cream, full fat milk,
ground ginger, demerara sugar.
Chocolate Cloud Cake
dark chocolate, butter, eggs, caster sugar, Cointreau,
orange zest, double cream, vanilla essence, cocoa powder.
Turkish Delight Syllabub
Cointreau, lemon juice, caster sugar, double cream, rosewater,
orange flower water, pistachio nuts.
Now what am I going to have to start:-
I think it may be a Creamsicle with a Colorado Bulldog on the side!!!
