the pkging they mean very very hot sausage.....OMG it is burning my mouth and throat and all other body parts and making me sweat...I thought I was testing a piece of my sweet sausage.....guess not..pheww

What type of sausage is it? I like really hot sausages and the ones here that say hot on them are really mild in flavor for myself and my DH.

Hannaford ......extra hot hot sauage........that is what is on the pkg.usually we get Genoa.....that can burn your gutt too........but we have some moose hot sausage that we had made up when they butchered the moose......

Some hot italian sausage done up with peppers and onions.

We have a butchcer up the street who makes his own sausage and it is hot as hades!!!
