When have you gotten your paperwork from Disney?

Hey everyone! I think I was worried about this LAST trip, but I don't remember the answer. So I wanted to ask about recent trips. When did you get your little packet from Disney? You know, the luggage tags, airline info, voucher info for your hotel/park passes, etc? 41 days to go here ( ) and I haven't gotten anything from Disney other than a confirmation letter that we're paid in full.

Should I be concerned or are they sending stuff out closer to when you actually go now?? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

Well, we leave May 4th and I haven't gotten anything yet either. Was just wondering the same thing myself so I will be curious as to what reponses you get!

I believe the luggage tags from ME arrive approx. 3 weeks before you leave.

I leave May 3rd. I have gotten my DME vouchers. However, the luggage tags haven't come yet. We went last august and they came in a seperate package about a week after we got the vouchers. However, you mentioned the park passes and last August we didn't get these until we checked into the hotel. It was the "key to the world" card that had everything on it like hotel/dining and park passes. Good luck and have a great trip!

Your documents should arrive around 3 weeks before your departure. I've had them come 5 weeks out sometimes, though. I'm going May 18th and expecting them to be here at the end of next week.

I leave on Friday, and the date on the package showing when Disney mailed them is March 10. I would expect them in about another week if I were you.

Exactly 10 days prior. Now UPS losing the package is another story. I have everything and I'm ready to go Saturday!

going on may11 received castle luggage tags (hologram) and some vouchers, i think i remember the actual documents coming separate from this package and around 3 weeks prior. i must add that it seems i get something from wdw about our trip every week? and it always is the same thing. saying we paid, dining plan, tickets resort etc... I even called to ask why i get this paperwork every week? they say if you modify anything it will generate another mailing, although i did not modify anything, just made adrs.

We leave 4/29 and on Friday we got a package from our TA at Magical Journeys with the castle luggage tags, package info/vouchers. It did say that DME luggage tags/info will come seperately. I hope I get that soon!

Is it different is you book through AAA? We are 17 days out and still nothing! Maybe there is an extra step in there or something if it is going though a TA? I wish they were here!

i check in on may 7th... about 3 weeks and i haven't gotten anything yet.....i booked through small world vacations.....should i be worried?

When you book through a Travel Agent, to the best of my knowledge all documentation is sent to them, and they're responsible for getting it to you. Given that both Small World Travel and AAA are reputable agencies, I wouldn't worry. You each might want to contact the specific TA with whom you dealt for specifics.

After reading this thread I went to the mailbox and our yellow DME tags were there We are going on may 13th

i got a packet yesterday finally, with my magical express info. (but I'm driving?) ...am i supposed to get anything else, like a receipt or confirmation?

You get the package two to three weeks prior to your arrival date. We are going April 22, and recieved the Disney papers early in the second week in April.

Today was THE day!!! Went to the mailbox and there was my packet from Disney--all my vouchers, luggage tags, everything!!!! There was a statement saying that the DME Yellow Luggage Tags will come about 21 days before we leave. Why, that's only 10 days from now!!! Then we'll only have 3 weeks to wait!!! I'm VERY excited!!!

I was told yesterday by a CM that they mail those out within a week of you hitting your 45 day mark. I leave May 31st...she said *something was mailed to me on the 17th but couldn't say what. I hope it's THE packet!
