When flying direct from YYZ to MCO...??

I really should know this - but we fly out of Buffalo so it's never come up before.
My inlaws are flying out of YYZ going direct to MCO. Can they use the yellow ME tags for luggage pickup at MCO?? Do they have to pick up their own luggage or will ME do it for them?
Help?! I called MS and got two different answers from 2 very confused CMs..

They are flying Westjet and AirCanada if that makes any difference.

On the trip down they can put on their yellow tags and DME will pick up their bags at MCO and deliver them to your room just like if you were flying out of Buffalo. They will clear US customs at YYZ so their arriving flight at MCO will be arrive just like a domestic flight.

The return trip is a different story. They have to take their bags with them on DME and can't use the resort checkin service. They will take their own bags off of the DME bus and take them to the AC or Westjet counters to check them in. Also their pickup time for DME will be an hour earlier than if they were flying to within the US. They will be picked up at the resort 4 hours before their flights scheduled departure time.

I'm guessing that the confusion stems from the fact that rules are different on the way down than they are for the trip home.

ccudmore is right ... yellow tags at YYZ will get your bags to your resort room ... but you get to lug 'em back to the airport yourself.

Just note that if they arrive after 10pm they will have to retrieve their own bags, ME will not deliver after that time.
