When Fantasmic is scheduled twice a night...

Does the park stay open until the later show? Or, only restaurants? For August 17th, Fantasmic is listed as having an early, and a later show at 10 p.m. I need to know what's going on in the Studios while the first show is going on. Can anyone help?

All the times that we have been there, the park has stayed open (and it has been a great time to see everything - most people go to the first Fantasmic). Once the second show starts at 10:00, the park closes.

Perhaps things have changed, but that was the way it was a year ago.

Attractions will run right up until park closing, which in your case will be 10 pm. Just be aware, that shows, such as WWTBAM, Indiana Jones and Beauty & the Beast, do not run late in the evening. The last shows are usually around 7:30 to 8 pm.

We just returned, and went to the last show of Fantasmic. The show was at 10:30 and the earlier show was at 9:00--the park/rides stayed open until 10:00 and the shops stayed open until past the end of the last show. We did notice less crowds in the park while the first show was going on--which was nice.

Usually the last showing of fantasmic is 30 mins after the park closes.
