When exactly is 60 days? (inconsistent within disneyland site)

Hello all!

It's is February 8th today, and counting carefully I believe this is 60 days before April 9th, 2022.
However trying to make ADR's on the Disneyland site is difficult as the calendars within the site are not consistent!
On the main page where I try "things to do" then "make reservations," the calendar only lets me go to April 8th.
However if I click on an individual restaurant (for example Goofy's Kitchen) it let's me choose all the way to April 9th!
Is this a glitch, am I doing something wrong?

I think people have reported that they are now opening them at 6am Pacific time - so 9am Eastern time.

April 9 is what should be available today. Note that most, but not all restaurants will have adrs available, but many sell out quick.
