When eating at POP Century for dinner....1ts or 1qs?

We're staying at Pop Century. We might eat there once for dinner (4pm+) - is that 1TS or 1QS?

I'm hoping to score their ribs.

Oh and does anyone know if they still serve the shrimp lo mein????
