When does the ship get decorated for Christmas?

Right after the Thanksgiving cruises? First week of December?

We've sailed the first week in December several times and the Magic has always been decked out for Christmas this week.

There is a "decorating" schedule they have to meet. normally, the wonder gets it first and I believe it is the week before thanksgiving. The magic is normally during the week of thanksgiving! I have done the magic the first week of december the last few years and it is gorgeous!

We are sailing from Nov 19 - 26th which includes Thanksgiving this year. It would be cool if they were decoration the Magic while we were on it.

We were on the Magic during for the 11/15 -11/22 sailing last year and it was fab b/c each night something new was added for Christmas decorations. The tree was up the whole time, but garland, wreaths, etc..were added a little each night. It was great to get those shots with Cinderella in front of the Christmas tree in time to get home and have Cards made for the holiday. You can also have them made with any of the shots you buy in Shutters. They have a nice package if you want to get your cards from them.

It is a great time to be on the ship.

I sailed on the 4 night Wonder on Nov.8 last year and the tree in the atrium was up.

We were on the 12-27-03 to 1-3-04 New Years cruise. The decorations were still up when we got on. They were taking them down as we disembarked on 1-3......watched 2 big burly guys with hammers smash up the gingerbread house next to Luminieres.
