When does the Holiday Season Price go into affect

I was looking at pricing for a Disney vacation aroung December 16-21 but I was wondering if the holiday prices take affect during the stay that I was getting quoted on. If so I was thinking about cutting out a day and getting a cheaper quote, because it might be the difference between us going or not.

Holiday season this year starts on December 20, however that would not affect your price since the rate is based on the season for the day you check in (unless of course you are doing a split stay and are moving to a different resort on the 20th). You are checking in during value season.

Just wanted to add, if you are looking at Fort Wilderness campsites, the rates there change earlier (they have a pre-holiday season)
