When does the Christmas decor go up?

I saw postings listing 2 different dates when I scanned the boards for similiar questions (November 14 and 21st). Is there a hard and fast date? Where can I find out? Anyone know for sure?

Well... according to Disneyland's site, "Enjoy the Holidays at the Disneyland® Resort from November 21, 2008, to January 4, 2009." So, I would say the 21st is the official start of everything being done decor-wise.

Even if the official day is the 21st, some of the decorations should be up before then. I've gone several times around my b-day (nov. 11) and there are already some decorations up around that time.
