When does the Castle light its Christmas lights

Does anyone know when Magic Kingdom will have the Christmas lights lit like it shows it on their website? I know the first night of the Christmas Party is the 8th of November. We will be attending the Mickey Halloween party but leaving the day of the 8th and was at least hoping to see the Castle lit for Christmas. Do they have it lit like that just for the nights of the Christmas party? Anyone who has information or knows what happened in this respect last year it would be greatly appreciated!

1- Starting as early as the Monday of that week.
(But, you never know, from year-to-year.)

2- Once they begin for the season, they will light the castle Dream Lights every night of the holidays.

Yes, the Monday of the week that the Christmas party actually begins.

That would be Nov. 4, this year.

(But again, you just never know.)

Steve Soares is reporting that the first night for the Castle Dream Lights will be November 6.

He is usually very reliable-have fun!
