When does online reservations open?

Does anyone know what time I can start making a reservation online? Is it the same as the call in time (8 am EST) or is it midnight? Thanks!

If you are making a reservation right at the 11 or 7 month window, you can do so at 8:00 am EST using online reservations.

Other than that, it is open about 22 hours a day--I think its down for about 2 hours in the middle of the night--someone correct me if I am wrong about this.
