When does MS send confirmation?

I have not yet received any written confirmation of a ressie I made at the beginning of last May, for 2 BWV studios next Mar. 27 - Apr. 3. I thought that in the past I got something soon after booking, or is my memory goofed up (again!)?

I would call first thing Monday. We usually get ours within a week.

Is there any reason to think that they may have not made the reservation?

We were in the process of adding points at the time of the ressie and asked that MS do a points "restructuring," or whatever their term is, so that the new added points we banked be used first for this ressie. I don't know if that somehow affected the timing of the confirmation letter, although we had enough points even before the add-on to make this ressie. I do have confirmation numbers for both ressies, but I must say this makes me rather nervous as I went to the trouble to do day by day calls for these 2 standard views!

If you did day by day it's possible they forgot to release the confirmation. They put a hold on the confirmation so that the system doesn't print out a new one with each day added. If they didn't know it was the last day when you called it might not have printed.

Thanks to floridafam and DebbieB. Sure enough MS forgot to release the day-to-day ressie once it was complete. Confirmation will go in the mail today. Thanks for holding my hand while I waited for MS to open on Monday!

Glad it all worked out! In general, if you don't get a confirmation in 7-10 days, it's time to give MS a call or e-mail.
