When does MK close for non-MNSSHP guests?

Also - are the decorations up during the day or do the magically appear for the party?

There are some up during the day but as the day goes on they put them up and by the time the party starts they are all up! I think, am no sure here so please help me out fellow DISers, that the park closes at 6 for non ticket holders for MNSSHP.

the park closes at 6PM and the decorations go up between 6 & 7 when the party starts. They corral the party goers into Tommorrow land while they decorate Frontierland and other places. That is one reason so many people are getting LTT PSs for that time frame, eat dinner then come out into the party area about the start of the party time.

It was quite amazing to see the transformation from daytime at MK to night time at the party!

I was surprised that there weren't really any decorations for Halloween/Fall during the day.

MK closes at 6:00p on party nights.

Ok - thanks. There are 3 of these during our trip, but we're not interested in attending. I just want to have it in my itinerary so I don't forget the change of closing times, etc.

I had planned to go to the MK on our arrival evening, but now it looks like we'll have to wait until the next morning.
