when does "lunch" end?

We were wanting to try some of the restaurants, but would rather go for an early dinner and try to get lunch prices. What time do the prices generally switch from lunch menu to dinner menu? I'm thinking mainly of Le Cellier or Alfredo's.

Do you think if we were eating at 3 or 4p.m. that would be lunch or dinner?

I checked at Whispering Canyon and their lunch ends at 3 PM but
I don't know if it is different at each resturant

I have the last lunch ressie at the Italian Restaurant in Epcot for 4:15pm
