When Does Kringla Bakery Open?

Does the bakery in Norway open at 11 as part of World Showcase or does it open early like Ashershus?
I could see a lot of breakfasts there!

opens at 11 with the rest of World Showcase...you can only go to Akershus on that side of the park.

Sunshine Seasons in the Land building has breakfast choices
