When Does Kohl's Go to 70% off??

Kohl's clearance has been at 50% off for awhile. Does anyone know when it goes to 70% off?

I have a bunch of stuff on hold, and I'll wait an extra day if the clearance price goes lower.

(Picked up some new clothes for our Disney trip!)

Our Kohls here in Lincoln NE just had theirs this past Fri/Sat.
I picked up a few things on the 70% rack.....

Our Kohls have been 70% for about a month now, but I know that this time last year and the year before it was already 80%. I remember buying swimming suits and some bday presents for DD at 80%. I made a comment to a checker at another store about how slow the clearance discounts were this year and she told me that it was probably because this was such a hot summer.

We just bought DS and DH new shoes at Kohl's tonight. My DH's shoes came from the clearance rack which was 70% off the ORIGINAL price, after you took 50% off the CLEARANCE price. So, I'm not sure which 70% you are looking for!

Wednesday's sale flyer has 50% off the clearance, so it looks like it's not this week here (Ohio). I've been waiting for 70% too.
