When does it start getting really busy in June?

Hi! We are going to DL for the 1st time, arriving at LAX in the morning of June 7 (Tuesday), and we are planning to go to CA for the rest of that day. The next day we are going to spend the entire day at DL.

Any guess as to the crowd level? I have read that June can be pretty crowded, but is it better in early June? When do CA schools go on summer break?

For that time, you should be fine. Crowdwise, it'll be "moderately" busy. With the 5oth anniversary this year, it's really hard to gauge how crowded things will be since we've been having a busier year already. The other thing you may need to look out for is if there is a grad night during your time frame. Grad night really doesn't affect the daytime crowds but, it would lead to an earlier closing.

Most schools are out around the 18th in our area. You should be fine on those days.
