When does it end??? Sick kids vent ahead.

I get bronchitis and sinuses infections all the time. (or at least in the past).

For DD the doc said just yesterday her lungs sounded very good, her oxygen level was 98 and that wasn't bad too for a cold. (not perfect, but not bad at all.)

DD is allergic to penicillin. She had a major rash reaction to it when she was 9 months old. We were at WDW at the time. Thank goodness for Centra care. Both DH and I are allergic to it also, but wine don't think Lily is. (my 2 year old DD.)

My daughter was told her lungs sounded fine also. It seemed to develop after we went to the dr. It's a funny thing about bacterial infections vs. viral.

It's been going around and around and around and around here. It's horrible. Hope everyone gets better soon

Today has been a better day. She woke with a normal temp and has been able to keep it down all day, so it looks like she can go to school tomorrow.

My congestion is a bit better so I am going to hold off on going to the doctor too. We all still have a bit of cough and such, but that hangs on for a while normally. At least we are heading in the right direction.

Man, 5 full days with a temp spiking up to 103!


I hope everyone is doing a bit better too.

I so know what you're going through! Another vote here for flu. My DKs and I have been passing it back and forth since the Super Bowl, with the high fever, kids all droopy, sore throat, cough, nose problem. Then I got it. Missed 4 days of work and was completely miserable as it settled in my chest. This week, we're all good. Hope your DKs are better soon!
