When does free dining end?

But you do know the Dining Plan itself is still available, right? The "free" promotion was for a limited period, but the MYW Dining Plan has been in effect since the beginning of 2005. It's currently $35 per night for adults and $10 per night for children 3 - 9, going up $2 per person per night in 2006.

It's available only as part of a package. What makes a package? Your Disney resort stay combined with your Disney ticket purchase. While you DO have to purchase the dining plan for the same number of nights of your stay, you only have to purchase a one-day ticket for each member of your party to make it a "package".

The only thing I would add to kaytieeldr's great explaination is that all people in your party will need to be on the same plan, meaning you can not buy the dining plan for only some members of your party and not others.

Thanks for the info. We knew you could still purchase it w/packages, but were really disappointed to find out we couldn't buy it since we're DVC users.

On the DVC members cruise, Jim Lewis indicated that they were working on offering this...I hope so!
