When does fidelity update the listings

I called last week to Fidelity about a 100 point contract. It had seen this contract on the web site for about a week. Every contract I asked about when I called was sold. I asked when they update the web site and was told Tuesdays and Thursdays. Looks like that is incorrect. Same contracts still listed. Do they leave them on just to look as if they have more on the market and get more inquires?

I am not sure why they don't update their site very often, but I can say, I bought an AKV contract through Fidelity recently and even after my offer was accepted it remained listed for around 2 weeks. When I was inquiring about contracts they had listed as I was going through the process, I was told many that I ask about were already sold. I would also add that the one I ended up buying had an offer on it to fall through and I guess it was my good fortune that it had remained listed.

I've also been told Tuesday and Thursday, but I think they don't delete a listing until the contracts are signed. At least that seems to be what happened with the ones I've bought from them. They don't have a Sale Pending category like other brokers' sites. It just stays there, looking just like the ones still available, until the contract comes back and it's site update day.

I was assured it would happen no later than last Friday still nothing. Very annoying.

Actually, I was surprised that our listing was pulled from the Fidelity site very shortly after we had an accepted offer and before we had even received, nevermind signed a contract! So I had the opposite experience. we are still only a week into ROFR.

They keep them there a LOOOOONG time.
I inquired about a contract on their list close to 3 weeks ago, they said the contract is already pending and they will take it off the list within a week.

It's been 3 weeks and it's still there... mocking me... :rotfl:
But that's ok, the contract ended up being too big for our needs anyways.
Still annoys me that it's still up tho.

I don't think there is a system to it at all. The contract I bought was removed in a day or two. I had certainly inquired about contracts that had already been sold weeks ago.

I think they have irregular sweeps to remove sold contracts from their site. In between the sweeps maybe they only remove sold contacts that generate a lot of inquiries.

I monitor the DVC resale websites daily; Fidelity updates at least once or twice a week. However, they do so inconsistently. Some sold listings are gone the next day while others seem to linger for weeks.

Any "good" listing is going to generate a lot of phone calls and emails for Sharon & co. You'd think she'd tell whoever maintains the webpages to get those listings removed so people stop calling her!:)

Our listing was accepted on monday and was removed by wednesday morning. We havent signed or received the contract yet. I was surprised the listing was removed that quickly since the ones I called about seemed to linger longer.
