We have a trip scheduled for the end of August due to a conference. I know that DLR typically raises the rates about once a year. When does that normally happen? Do they still give some notice?

Will you have an opportunity to buy tickets through the conference?
Tickets through a conference are usually at a reduced rate.

They may have tickets available. When this conference was at WDW a few years ago, the conference tickets were for visiting "after 6pm" and didn't give us the flexibility I wanted. They probably won't have the deals posted for another 4-5 months.

So I just did some research on "conference" tickets. I found a chart that someone said was accurate for their conference last year. 5 day PH tickets for adults was $302. I think they are currently $300 on LMTC.

i believe they raised them last year on or around 1/28, we were getting on a cruise the morning they raised them and the boards were busy discussing the sudden price hike.

Price increases typically come in February. Here are the dates ticket prices increased in the past three years:

2017 - February 12
2016 - February 28
2015 - February 22 (annual pass prices increased later - October 4)
