When does Disney start decorating for Christmas?

We are planning our next trip to Disney on Nov 7th. Will they have just decorated the parks by then? Also, when does Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party start?

They start almost immediately after the last MNSSHP which is usually on October 31st or November 1st. You would likely see many decorations by November 7th, but maybe not all of them. MVCMPs start pretty early as I know people have done both MNSSHP and MVCMP in the same trip.
