When does Disney release the new "perks" for DVC?

I have the little booklet entitled "Portable Perks", which of course says that all the perks are in effect through December 31, 2008. So, when does Disney inform their members of the perks for the upcoming year? Just curious. We are in the process of closing on a BWV resale right now! Even though we bought so we can stay at BWV, not for the perks, I am curious to see if and how perks will change during these crazy economic times. And again, curious to see how they will once again change in 2010 when we take our first trip "home".

The perks are always changing. They come and go without any routine schedule. I am not sure how often they reprint 'portable perks'. I am guessing a new one comes out every 2-3 months.
