When does Disney release fall rates for resorts? Special discounted packages?

I am new to Dis boards but not to Disney. We are DVC members but we want to save our points and just stay at a resort on cash for a fall trip. I know they have specials all the time it seems now. Does anyone know when they release fall specials for Sept. and Oct. Thanks so much.
