When does disney put through the charges

When does Disney put through the charges through on the credit card? Is it the morning of the last day? I get paid at midnight the night before we leave, so just wondering if I'll have a little extra spending money. Also to know when our magic bands stop charging, like we we be able to use the bands for breakfast the check out day or will we have to pay with credit or debit that day?

Usually the night before check out. I usually get up on check out morning and find the receipt has been slipped under my door during my the night

Your MBs will stay activated for charging privileges until midnight of the day you check out. You'll be fine using them for breakfast and lunch and anything else you want. You will not get a folio of that day's charges, though.

Your account is settled during the night time before you depart, unless you have hit your charging limit (assigned by Disney; usually based on the level of resort you're staying at), in which case it's charged when that happens and the balance starts all over again. If you are concerned about the amount you're spending, a credit limit, a low balance, etc., your best bet is to stop by concierge every other day or every three days to review your folio. It's also a good idea to use a regular credit card and not your debit card for many reasons.

If you have a room only reservation and haven't paid the balance of those charges before check in then your credit card will be charged for the room balance on the morning you check in.

this is actually a good question as I agree with PPs comment. You would think the card would be charged the morning of the check out day but we too have received the bill pn the door before waking up. I am not sure what time it is put on the door but I would THINK it was done after midnight, the actual DAY you check out. Can anyone confirm for sure?

Our invoice was emailed to us, not put under the door.

We checked out of the Yacht Club on Sept 1st and the email with the invoice attached to it was emailed at 3:15am on Sept 1st.

I noticed on our bank account (I checked the app, and our room only balance cleared our account two days before we checked out of the BWI), I don't know when it was actually charged but that's when it showed on my bank account. We also did not have anything slipped under our door, they emailed me the invoice at 4:41am the morning we checked out.

For some strange reason this past trip the last day (check out day ) it was under the door on the morning we check out. Usually we get it email to us. But they were having problems with our magic bands so they had to re book the reseversation. Strange I know had to problem at the first resort.

I believe if you get the bill under your door the morning of checkout that doesn't mean that the charges have been put through. They usually state on those bills to review your charges to make sure nothing is incorrect, and then they'll send those charges through to your credit card once you've checked out. Not sure if things have changed, but there used to be a room charge limit of $1,500 I think, and if you started getting close to that threshold they would contact you to authorize sending those charges through to your credit card company before allowing you to continue charging.

Yes, unless you hit your charging limit before that at which time it will be charged to the card immediately and your room account bill will start over. The limits as far as I know are:

Value: $500
Mod: $1000
Deluxe: $1500
