When does connection change their expiration date for vouchers

trying to find out when connections changes the expiration date on their vouchers to may 31, 2005, i want to order some for our next trip in 2004 and thought i should wait for the next expiration date to order extra for a late trip in 2004

If I recall correctly, vouchers effective 6/03-5/04 were not issued until late April or early May '03. We went to WDW in 5/03 and were able to purchase vouchers good through 5/03 in April '03.
