Disney says "fall 2009" with no set date yet. Mention has been made of September 1, partly supported by the fact that operating permits for which Disney has applied in relation to restaurant/other food services, pool, etc. are all to be effective September 1. Date certain must be announced before March 1 when owners can start making reservations.

I'm supprised because it looks more complete then Kidani village. What is the dining going to be?
