When does a Year of a Million Dreams come to an end?

Will it end this summer or in December? I'm assumming it will end since Disney has had two years of "Million Dreams". In the past things change during the value season.

I thought I had read it was ending in Dec. I can't remember where I read it, but I hope it's true as I'm going in Oct. :

The current Year of a Million Dreams ends on December 31, 2008.
