When doe GF officially open?

Just curious when you can book GF? Thinking of going Sept. 2014 and curious if I can attempt to try and book GF at 7 month mark.

Also does anyone know point chart for GF? Is it the same as any of the other listed DVC points for 2014.

Thanks for you help...I usually rent and my friend have points and I'm thinking of doing a long weekend late in Sept. for MNSSHP. I know chances are it will be tough to get GF, but I guess it's worth a try.
