When do you worry about Magic Express tags?

Just curious at what point you would follow up. The flight information has been in for a while...months.

it doesn't matter that your flight info has been in for months.
they generally send them out within a few weeks of leaving.
if you booked a package they typically come with coupon booklet.

I would give them a call and find out if they've shipped already. Just an FYI, we've made 5 last minute trips that were so last minute ME tags would not have made it to us in time. All 5 trips we gave the ME CM our baggage claim tickets and never had an issue.

I would call. We're 39 days out and I just received my luggage tags today. I just called them about ten days ago with my flight information.

I've always gotten them about 30-40 days prior to departure. If you are worried, just call them. Know that even if you never get the yellow tags, you'll still be okay...the paperwork says you can just give your baggage claim stubs to the check in people at ME and they will use those to grab your luggage for you. I've never had to do that, but the paperwork says it's not a problem.

I booked months ago as well, including flights and transportation through Disney, and had not received them when I was only a few weeks from travel.
I emailed Disney and found they had not booked my transportation and needed me to give them my flight info (a bit odd..)
They sent the items out to me next business day by UPS 2nd Day.

Last trip I hadn't received mine at 3 weeks out so I called and they sent brand new ones that arrived a few days later, no problems. I can't remember if there was a MDE booking issue or not but that could be the case (in which it's a super easy fix.) Never hurts to check!
