When do you set your Countdown(s) to reach Zero?

I always set it for the time our flight is due to take off from London Gatwick.

I set my WDW one for the time of my flight. I set my Las Vegas one for first thing that morning, since I haven't booked the flight yet.

I set mine to countdown to the minute we are to be leaving. Then I feel like it is official!

It depends. When going on a road trip I set it for the time we are leaving. When doing a cruise I set it for sailaway (even if we are getting there a day early) since the cruise is what I'm counting down to.

If I know my flight time, that's what I use. However, I don't leave for 6 months, and do not have flights yet, so I sued 6:00a.m. for the time.

I wish they would get the calendar back up. I was trying to delete something and the tool bar under my post disappeared, so I deleted all my clocks.

I want to make one of those new clocks that look like a ticker tape.

Anyone know what is going on?

I'm with the latter half of replies here. I set mine for arrival time. I'm not on vacation til we get to Orlando. Especially true this year as we're driving with three boys - yikes! The drive will be NO vacation.

Funny this was mentioned now. I used to always set it for when the plane would take off out of Buffalo. Well, we all just sat around here and watched it tick from 20 days to 19 days and had such a blast, that I changed it to countdown to 5 minutes before we walk out of our door. This way we can actually watch it count down to 0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes and 0 seconds! I've never seen that before!

Now, if I can just remember to turn on the computer that morning!

My countdown is set to reach zero, at the exact time when my commencement will start.

I set it for the time of our flight, but we're now heading down to the Airport Marriott the night before and can walk over to the terminal the next morning. So I guess it should start from there. Hell it should start at noon on Friday when I leave the office.
