When do you pay for the dining plan?

We are thinking of adding the Dining Plan for our stay in December. We were wondering exactly how to go about adding it to or ressies. We know that we have to add tickets, which we plan on paying for when we add them, but do you pay for the Dining plan now or when we arrive when we pay the rest of our hotel stay?

Once you add the dining plan, you then have a package plan which needs to be paid 45 days before your arrival date
