When do you mail your Christmas Cards?

This year we are taking our Christmas picture at WDW. We will be sending out 'Happy Holiday' cards shortly after. It actually takes the stress off to send the cards by a certain date in December.

Usually around or just after December 5th. I don't like to be too early, but I hate being too late in the season.

On a side note, I received my first Christmas card the day before Thanksgiving! DS (9) even commented that it was far too early for a Christmas card. But it is the thought that counts and my single Christmas card is already displayed for all to enjoy.

I always wait till I get one (never got one the day *before* Thanksgiving though!) then I start sending mine out. Just never like to be 1st.

Thats what I usually do! As soon as I get one, they get sent.

i must be on the wrong thread..............i usually finally get mine ready and posted on december 23rd.

but if that is a sunday, then i try my hardest to get them out on the saturday/day before.

I just addressed some of mine today, I'm not going to send them out yet, don't want to be the first one... At least I know I have most of them all ready to go and some left over for the people I forget about !

I just ordered mine today so I will send them out around Dec. 5th.
