When Do You Confirm Reservations For...

We are leaving Sunday and I'm curious to when to start confirming

1. PS's for character dinner and do I call the same # from when I reserved.

2. Town Car Service.

3. Would you confirm accomadations booked thru my local TA. I have a
voucher for that . We'll be at the AllSS resort.

though, I have to admit, we've never confirmed PS's before.

Everything else,

You can call the hotel anytime, and don't forget to "remind" them of your room requests, if you have any...town car, 48 hours before..if you're flying, I would give them a shout today, and then the day before you leave, and then again before you leave for the airport. Schedule changes are a nightmare, and the earlier you know about them, the better.
