When do you book Neverland Club?

I wasn't sure where the best place to post this was--hope this is okay.

I noticed on the "when to book calculator" that you can book the child care centers 180 days out. Does anyone do this? Will I be out of luck if I wait a couple of months, or even until we arrive? Particularly at the Neverland Club, since that seems to be the most popular. And what are their deposit/cancellation policies? We're planning on trying it out for the first time this summer, and are trying to figure out how it all works. TIA!

I would book it as soon as you know what dates/times you want to go. Depending on the time of year, depends on what would be available the closer you get. I believe they have a 24 hours cancellation policy. They do take a credit card #, but do not charge it...unless you are a no show.

Neverland is great!!! DS has used it a few times. When we went to WDW w/my parents and nephew last year, the boys went their together, so we could go out to eat. All DS was telling nephew about was going to kids club.

I booked the Neverland when I made my dining ressies (ADR now) at 180 days out. I did it with the same Cm who was doing my dining. He was very helpful and even gave us a shortcut plan from the Neverland to the Yachtsman for dinner. I would book as soon as you are able or know what date you need it for.

Thanks for the advice! We just hit 180 days, so I'll be booking tomorrow morning. A few more quick questions: The dinner buffet is 6:30 to 8:00, right? So if we make our reservation for 6:30, they'll be able to eat dinner? Will it be a big deal if we arrive a few minutes early (15 minutes or so)? I figured this would be safer than booking for 6:00 and risking showing up a few minutes late (and possibly losing the reservation).

One last question: does it really take 40-70 minutes to get to PI by bus? That's what the Unofficial Guide said (my version is a couple years old). I realize some of that is waiting time and extra travel time for the busses to hit the CR and GF as well, but an hour? Yikes!

Thanks again for all your help!
