When do YOU become Broke in VMK?

I have been thinking. Every time Summer, Christmas, and Halloween come around I spend all my credits and become broke!

Just wondering how many others there are that spend their credits to the point where you need to keep play Pirates or ride the Jungle Cruise a couple times.

I spent most of my credits last halloween. When the costumes came out and all the halloween items I could feel my credits pouring out of my pockets

I also spent a lot at Christmas but since then I haven't bought as mucj until the Alice ride items came out.

The Alice ride items are quite expensive so again my credits are falling out of my virtual hand

Well I have a self-imposed rule where I don't allow my credits to go below a certain amount before I start building them back up (that way if there ever comes a time where something unexpected pops up, I have plenty of credits for it). It's been a long time since I've actually been broke. I know I don't have nearly as many credits as some people do...right now I'm at about 60,000 credits, my "don't go below" number is 50,000. I'd probably have around 80,000 or so credits if I actually played this week...I got on only for about 20 minutes this week and played a game of fireworks and did the quest today...so I really do need to work on my credits again.

I'm going to be broke when I raise my 30,000 for the Quest Kiosk. I would have had it now if I hadn't of blown 15,000 on Alice Ride Parts.

That's what happens to me. Halloween and Christmas I spend the most and then I stock up on the good things that are released. Right there with you SweetJayGrl!!

What I find weird is that more people become broke around halloween than Chrstmas according to the current poll, (I AM one of them lol) I mean, at christmas there is ALOT of festive items on sale, but all those costumes at halloween really leaves me burnt out of credits. So yeah.. What can I say?

I'm pretty much always broke. The most credits ive had at once is 8,000. Tell me what the secret is on how to save credits up because i need help with that, majorly.

I play on my laptop using wireless internet, so lag is horrible in my two credit-earning games (Pirates and Fireworks). I'm always broke

WOW. I would consider myself so rich if I had that many credits.
I felt I was doing pretty well to raise 30,000 for my quest machine,
it was really hard to let go of that many credits when the time came.

All Themes (Shop-a-holic) except pirate month but for the Davey John Key pin (I bought 15 of them )

It was better for the credits when the lanyard was only of 8 pins

Halloween is the worst. There's all the costumes on top of all the furniture and pins.
My main character never goes broke anymore since I usually use all my extra characters to buy most of the stuff. But, I haven't created a new character just to use and discard in a long time. So, I work on earning credits on all of my characters. Even just doing credit runs on my characters can add up.

But, I now have a couple of characters only for halloween stuff and three for Christmas. I really need to work on their credits. Currently the totals for all five of my holiday people is at 45,520. That won't even come close to supplying me come October and December.

For Halloween I stock up on the Credits because you never know if there is going to be a new costume or new furnish. Same with Christmas, I absolutely LOVE Christmas and the items that come out.

I'm a costume-aholic (I already chose my Halloween person ), and I adore the costumes on VMK that I normally buy them if I like them

I dont remember ever being broke, I like some of the other players have a limit i set not to go below.(200,000 ) Just incase that special item ( what ever strikes my fancy ) becomes available , so have a pretty good cushion of credits above that right now , and then as soon as I buy things i go back and start replacing those credits as quick as I can then its not such a mad rush to earn credits for new things

WOW 200,000 Credits?? Gosh! The highest I've ever gotten would be 80,000 Credits. And that was before all the Alice Items and Water Parks Items came out. Now I'm down to 19,000 credits
