Do I remember correctly that I started seeing excursion info/etc at the 60day mark? If so, thats like in a wk or so. When do documents come out? 6wks ahead? (I threw it all out!)

Excursion info should be there any day if you're 60 day mark is near. We got ours a week out, the 60 mark was Tuesday and we book our excursion a few minutes ago. As for everything else. You should get your final docs at least 2 weeks from cruise day.

thank you - it just dawned on me that 60days might have meant something - Sept 9 is our 60 days

if you book the excursion 60 days out...do you also pay at that time?

No, you don't pay at the time of booking. The excursion costs go on your stateroom bill.

No, you aren't charged until you board. I don't know if you can book prior to 60 days out but I doubt it. You have up until 2 days to cancel an excursion should you change your mind. This is a nice point of flexibility. If you call and can't get the excursion you want (some have limited space) see if you can get wait listed or just check back every once and awhile, even while on board. We did the Kayak tour in Freeport (first time kayaking outside the US and it was AMAZING! OK, our guides were hysterical which made it even better!) and several people signed up the night before.
