When do they start decorating for the holidays?

We are debating on going Thanksgiving weekend or the NEXT weekend for a few days. We want to stay at WL, but only if the holiday decorations are up or are going up. Anyone know when they begin decorating for the holidays? Thanks a million

The parks will be decorated for Christmas Nov 1 or they have been the past few years.
