When do they remove the Gingerbread houses from the resorts?

Hi all, planning a trip to Orlando the week between Christmas and New Years this year. I was wondering when they take down the Gingerbread houses at the resorts, will we be able to see them during this weeek?

The gingerbread houses will still be up during your trip! They will not come down until after the new year. Enjoy!

The Grand Floridian takes down their gingerbread house very soon after New Years Day.

Thanks, that is awesome. Most of our time will be spent at Universal, but we want to do two nights at Disney, with one day in the parks and one day visiting the resorts.

We've seen the Beach Club gingerbread carousel up well into the first week of January. One night we had a very late tee time at Fantasia Gardens and when we got back to Beach Club they were dismantling the carousel with sledgehammers (never thought about it before, but probably a pretty efficient way to do it).
