When do they deliver Castaway Club gift to stateroom?

Just got into my stateroom (2:20pm - we were enjoying the pool deck) and there is no castaway club gift in my room (I’m gold).

I swore they were always in the room waiting when we got onboard. But maybe I’m misremembering. Do you get them during turn down service?
 

Or the cabin host? I'm assuming they are the ones that put out the gifts upon arrival.
I would go to GS as stateroom hosts/hostesses wouldn't know what to do anyway if that's outside of their SOP

The stateroom hosts should also know about the gifts. They know what level you are, so they just have to confirm that you didn't already get gifts.

I've had both the stateroom host and GS fix missing or wrong gifts before.
 
We did not get our Castaway gift in our room either when we sailed the Treasure in March. I had ordered the Treasure pillow/throw from onboard gifts and the treasure inaugural gift box and they were in the room but the castaway gift was not there. I let our stateroom host know and he said that room service handles the stateroom castaway gifts to call them on the room phone. It took three days to get all the items as they kept arriving piece by piece since we are platinum and the first night I got the main bag from guest services as they had left a message to come pick it up from them. I got the wet/dry back the next day and the towel the following day in our room. It was quite surprising it was so disorganized.

When my gifts were missing, I just mentioned it to the room host and he brought them by later that evening. The other time, I went to Guest Services and they handed me the gifts after verifying my status. It's crazy that you had to wait so long!
