When Do They Charge Your Credit Card?

I'm thinking about booking the Grand 1 Yachet as a surprise for my husband during our anniversary trip. Does anyone know if they will charge me when I book it or if they will just hold my card number until the day of the cruise?

Disney applies the charge immediately. It keeps you from being a "no show" and they will still have your money if you forget to cancel within their specified time period.

yes they charge you for it right there and then you will have to find some clever way to hide it from your husband.
