when do the wdw flowers bloom/be planted?

i'm having my wdw wedding in spring and wanted to know when wdw plants their flowers or when do they start to bloom? i'm having my wedding in the yacht club wedding gazebo in the rose gardens, i hope that theirs roses. does anyone know when the flowers are in bloom at wdw? or if you can request flowers planted or potted in your wedding area/location?

From the different trips we've done it seems they always have some flowers in bloom in the areas that are established for flowers, and then the shrubs are always manicured and shaped and bloom at whatever time is appropriate. Roses down there bloom at all different times of year because the weather is fairly consistent. The biggest time for flowers though is just after Easter into early June, as that is the Flower and Garden Festival. Then EPCOT is covered in blooms including blooming topiaries of the characters.

We were married in the YCG on 20 March. As you can see from the photos below, the roses were not in bloom yet, but some of the shrubbery and low plants around the base of the Gazebo were blooming red.
